We are proud to announce that The Dalesman Group has officially become a member of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA). This membership demonstrates our support for RoSPA’s mission to save lives and reduce injuries, reinforcing our dedication to maintaining the highest health and safety standards within our operations.

Stay Alert, Don’t Get Hurt

Our RoSPA membership continues to demonstrate our commitment to excellent quality, health and safety. The Dalesman Group is proud to have an in-house, dedicated Health and Safety (H&S) Committee. This committee is composed of a diverse group of employees representing various departments and levels within our organisation. 

These dedicated team members actively participate in a wide range of health and safety improvement initiatives. They play a crucial role in fostering a culture of safety by promoting health and safety practices among their colleagues, gathering valuable feedback and suggestions, and conducting regular safety audits to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. Their commitment and involvement are key to our ongoing efforts to enhance workplace safety and well-being.

In addition to our H&S Committee, all employees partake in regular workplace safety training and demonstrate consistent commitment to their health and safety obligations and responsibilities. This encourages everyone to stay consistent with our H&S Slogan “Stay Alert, Don’t Get Hurt” and create a work environment that everyone can flourish safely in.
