It was our reputation for creating award-winning flavours and functional blends that led this online meat delivery business to request our help in developing a hot and spicy Hot Links sausage seasoning.
Following research of Hot Links recipes and hot and spicy sausage seasonings, we developed a bespoke blend of herbs, spices and functional ingredients to create the new recipe. Having tested a small sample to ensure the flavour profile delivered, offered visual appeal and the functional ingredients were at the correct level, a trial batch was supplied to the customer for approval.
The service we received from The Dalesman Group was second to none, from developing the exceptional flavour to allowing us to conduct production trials and sample with our customers. We couldn’t have been happier with the flavour profile, it made an excellent finished product.
